💜 Lavender Flower Dry Rub

A fragrant, herbaceous seasoning blend that adds an elegant, floral twist to meats, vegetables, and even roasted nuts.

🧂 Ingredients:

  • 1 Tbsp fresh or dried lavender buds

  • 1 Tbsp sea salt

  • ½ tsp cracked black pepper

  • ½ tsp garlic powder (optional)

  • ½ tsp dried basil (optional)

  • ½ tsp dried thyme (optional)

🥄 Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined.

  2. Use immediately as a rub for meats, veggies, or tofu—or sprinkle over roasted dishes for a flavorful finish.

  3. Store any unused rub in a glass jar with a tight-sealing lid. Keep in a cool, dark cabinet for up to 3 months.

🌿 Tip:

For a smoother texture, pulse in a spice grinder for a few seconds or grind in pistol and mortar—especially if using coarse salt or whole lavender buds.
