  • Ice cube tray

  • Fine strainer

  • 1 quart purified water

  • ~ยฝ cup dried edible flowers
    (Favorites: hibiscus, calendula, dandelion, chamomile, bee balm, mint, lemon balm, or basil)

  1. Place one whole flower head or a few loose petals/leaves into each ice cube compartment.

  2. Fill each cube with purified water.
